Then he made Meet Dave. So, nevermind about the career recovery and whatnot. The comedy starred Murphy as an alien that is actually a spaceship being commanded by….Murphy. Not content to appear in movie theaters, Meet Dave will show up on DVD and Blu-ray on November 25th. The extras on the DVD are pretty slim but the Blu-ray has a big selection. I don’t understand the disparity, but I also don’t understand why someone thought that this concept would be a good idea either. Be on the lookout for Meet Dave in a couple months.
