Scarlett Johansson Video Released

It’s time once again to perpetuate the crush Cinema Blend has on its favorite screen star-turned-studio starlet. That’s right, it’s the official CB Scarlett Johansson Update! We’re so damn cute.
The singer recently came out with a new video for the track “Falling Down,” the first single off of her forthcoming new album. For those of you who haven’t been paying attention, and shame on you, the album is titled Anyway I Lay My Head and features 10 Tom Waits covers and one original track. Scarlett’s take on the song is obviously more produced than the original, with choir backing vocals and Johansson’s throaty, husky voice dominating the arrangement. Tom Waits fans may accuse her version of sounding more “bored” or controlled than the original, but in Scarlett’s favor, it’s hard to be less controlled than ol’ Tom.
