Several members of the CB news staff are feeling mighty special right now, since they're about to head off to Comic Con and see the newest images, clips and trailers for some of the most anticipated new movies of the next year. I don't get to go, boo hoo, but at least I can pretend to be cool thanks to a massive image gallery over at Entertainment Weekly. They have tastes of the goods that the ComicCon attendees will see, including exclusive images from hot projects like The Spirit, The Day the Earth Stood Still and Star Trek, plus TV shows like Dollhouse and even a few actual comic books.
It starts with the women of The Spirit, in the poses familiar from the teaser posters, Then you get a look at the Star Trek teaser poster that will be handed out to fans in four sections, and then a few exclusive images from Joss Whedon's TV series Dollhouse. Yeah, I know, this isn't the TV section, but geekdom knows no boundaries.
So if you don't already have your ticket to San Diego booked, check out these images while you wait for all the reports to come back from Comic Con, telling you all the cool stuff you missed. And hey, there's always next year.
