Untooned Homer Simpson And Real Super Mario

I don’t like to admit to how creeped out I can get by certain things. Spiders, for instance. You would think a strapping young lad like myself would not squeel like a 12 year old girl at the sight of a big furry spider. In that assumption you’d be wrong. The new images from Pixeloo don’t make me squeel, but perhaps a little squirming is happening.
Over at the Pixeloo blog details are up on how he untooned Homer Simpson and made Mario real. The details in the work are mightily impressive, but so is the uncanny look of the final product. You kind of wonder at times how Homer would look, especially with the unique mouth shape and perpetual stubble. Not to mention the bulbous eyes. Now you know…he looks like the creepiest dude to ever exist. As for Mario, he’s not quite as creepy. If it weren’t for the nose, he might even look like a ridiculous characature of an italian guy. With the nose it becomes a bit too comic. And then you add in the stubble, which I never imagined Mario having, but makes perfect sense. Listen, I don’t mean to share in the creepitude. So, if you have nightmares tonight I do apologize. But you also have to admit that this is some badass photoshop work. Image Gallery
